Purpose: See the clinic, meet the doctor, and evaluate fit.

Our model is refreshingly simple

The DPC model lets us care for you the way we believe it should be done, without the rush, the red tape, or the middlemen. One monthly fee covers your visits, check-ins, and conversations. No surprise bills. No insurance games. Just real partnership, built on time, trust, and follow-through.

Not Insurance
We are not an insurance provider. Patients should maintain separate coverage for emergencies or services outside our scope.
Scope of services
We offer a defined set of primary care services as listed in our Membership Agreement and discussed during enrollment.
Outside Costs
Patients are financially responsible for any services we do not cover. We’ll explain those clearly and help coordinate care if needed.
Transparent fees
Your monthly membership covers all services within our scope. There are no co-pays, hidden charges, or surprise bills.
Easy cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. You will have 30 days of care after cancellation, then your membership will be officially ended.
